St Andrew's Cathedral Rehearsal & Performance

Hey ladies. :)

This post is just concerning the girls who are performing for the St Andrew's Cathedral Event.

Here are the details of the two dates:

For the rehearsal:

Venue: St Andrew's Cathedral

Date: 24th July 2009

Time: From 2 to 5 PM

For the Performance Day:

Venue: St Andrew's Cathedral

Date: 25th July 2009

Time: From 7.30 to 10 AM (Please come on time)

Regarding TRANSPORTATION,

Please take note that NO TRANSPORT WILL BE PROVIDED, very sadly.

However, if you are wondering how to get there, here is some information which could be quite valuable in helping you get there.

If your parents are fetching you, here's the address of the location, very simply,

11 St Andrew's Road

Singapore 178959

If you are coming on your own, here's a few tips on how to get there:

By Bus: 61, 124, 145, 166, 174, 197, 174M, 174E,
NR1, NR2, NR5, NR6, NR7, NR8, 648.
32, 51, 63, 80, 195, 851, 961, Heritage H9, City Buzz C1.

By MRT/Circle Line etc, I am not too sure, but I asked around and some said to take the route to City Hall and once you exit from that station you'll see the Cathedral.

If you are pretty insecure about your sense of direction, you can always approach the helpdesk at the station itself. :)

Regarding ATTIRE,

Please be informed to wear your full school uniform on both events. No GOWNS. This instructions was given to Mr Ng by Miss Paul. School rules apply to the attire:

-NO SHORT SKIRTS

-DO NOT FOLD YOUR SOCKS

-NAME TAGS AND SCHOOL BADGE MUST BE THERE! (Be proud to be a PL Lite, YOU ARE REPRESENTING PL! :) )

-HAIR TIED UP NEATLY

-NO COLOURED HAIR TIES OR HAIR BENDS

-CUT YOUR NAILS.

-and all the other rules I may have left out.

Regarding MEETING PLACE AND TIME,

Please assemble at the WELCOME CENTRE AT THE CATHEDRAL 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE REHEARSAL AND THE PERFORMANCE.

Gabrielle, Germaine and Gloria would be there to take your attendance.

Rehearsal, meet at 1.50 PM sharp.

Performance, 7.15 AM (meet 15 minutes before) SHARP.

* Do not be late, normal choir rules apply to latecoming issues.

Need to leave early/ Cannot make it?

Simply present your parents letter and pass it to any of your SLs or EXCO Members.

Other reasons to seek Mr Ng Eng Kee or Mrs Tay.

Do take note of every single detail!
