This year we have planned a fantabulous
CHRISTMAS PARTY
for you guys!

Date: 28th December 2010
Time: After choir practise, from 2pm 3pm to 8PM (Feel free to leave early)
Venue: Rooftop Garden @ Marina Barrage
Attire: (Change after practise) Clothes that you can get wet in, Casual, Not too revealing. (Bring a change of clothes if you need) :)
Activities: Treasure Hunt (Depending on no. of RSVPs), Water games, Bonding Games, Early Dinner, Gift exchange
TAKE NOTE:
-*If you need a letter fr your parents, please email Germaine @hamsterlove_queen@hotmail.com with your name and class.
-It is a PICNIC dinner. So, if you are coming you are required to bring food which must cater to about 20 pax. (Drinks and utensils provided)
-Transport not provided. So after choir practise, you must make your way to Marina Barrage on your own and assemble at the entrance at 2PM sharp.
-Lunch on own. Its' a dinner party, so after choir havesome lunch and meet at 2PM at Marina Barrage.

GIFT EXCHANGE!!!

1) If you are going, you will HAVE TO participate in the gift exchange activity.
2) Once Exco 11' is done sorting out names of those who are going for the party, we will come up with a list that will match your name to another choir member' name.
3) If you are matched up with someone, you have to buy a present under SGD$5 (not more) bucks for her. :)
4) Please do not tell us, who you want to be matched up with or vice versa.
5) The list of your partners' name will be uploaded onto the choir FACEBOOK page on the 23rd!
What you need to do now, is RSVP at Choir Facebook page by 21st of Dec.
We will confirm with you via phone calls.
